Federal Civil Service Agency's vision is to see transparent, accountable, efficient and effective civil servant, helpful for the development and good governance.

Mission

Federal Civil Service Agency's mission is making government executive bodies to have modern human resource management system, which enable them to implement their mission and make them helpful for development and good governance.

Values

Federal Civil Service Agency's values are:

  1. We understand that human resource development is decisive for the country's development and good governance.
  2. Using all our capacities and working hours for the benefit of the people, we give service for our customers in accordance with their interest.
  3. We provide up-to-date professional advise for the government honestly and transparently and execute policies with high competence and free from political bias.
  4. We confirm that human resource management issues should be based on merit principles.
  5. We will be an institution, which have highly ethical civil servant exemplary for other institution.
  6. We will have efficient and effective institutional culture to provide service to the customers expected level. We confirm that the human resource management system should give justice and due attention to the cases of disadvantage groups.
